| TERMS & FEES: |
| INITIAL GALLERY DESIGN FEE: $369.00 (CND & USD Moneys at par)
This "Design Fee" DOES NOT INCLUDE yearly "Domain Name" & "Site Hosting" Fees. A "Gallery website" is NOT an "E-Commerce" site. The ENTIRE "Design Fee" is due when your initial website materials are submitted. HALF of the DESIGN FEE ($184.50) is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Once the site has been published, you will be notified to examine it in its entirety. You will need to submit all needed corrections and finally approve the website within 7 days of site publication on the web. Should you not wish to approve the final published website, a total refund amount of $184.50 will be mailed to you promptly and your website will be deleted. All designs produced become the sole property of "Gallery Websites". YEARLY GALLERY DESIGN RENEWAL FEE: $50.00 Terms are subject to change upon yearly renewal.
